Promo video shot for Ocean Crossfit. CrossFit Lite is made up of high energy 45-minute classes, similar to boot camp. It's perfect if you're looking for a non-stop, action-packed work-out, without the heavy weightlifting. Each class is different and can include activities like running, body weight movements, kettlebells, wall balls, or box jumps.

Plug Builders Joe Davino and Todd Sages bring you Old School Customs. Fishing Lures made with the best quality components. Designed to Catch Big Fish. I took some time to help my fishing buddy, Mark, shoot a video for his friends at Old School Customs. I am very passionate about surfcasting for striped bass. When I was given the opportunity to shoot a video for related to fishing, I had to do it. There aren't many quality videos about surfcasting on the internet, so I figured I'd help the guys out. This was shot on my 5DmkII with a 24-70mm L lens and a GoPro Hero for some POV shots. Even though there are new cameras available, the 5DmkII is still a viable option for low budget, high production value videos. Lighting was kept simple. I used a Kino Flo Diva-Lite 200 and a CL-LED 256 from Cool Lights. I also used the 5D for the actual product shots. They were done on my kitchen table in front of a black backdrop. I have been spending a lot of time working with Final Cut Pro X, and I've decided to make the transition to that platform. I cut this video with it and did a quick, down and dirty color grade with Magic Bullet Looks.
