I wanted to share a video that I produced for the New Jersey Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (NJAHPERD). I was excited to find out that my elementary school physical education teacher is now NJAHPERD's executive director. I had a great time working on this project with her, and I met and worked with some really interesting people. The video will be used as an introduction to the organization and is featured on NJAHPERD's website.

The video combines archival photos with video that I shot on a Sony HVR-Z1U at their annual convention. I also mixed in some footage shot on a Canon EOS 7D. As far as the work flow goes, I transcoded the HDV footage from the Z1U to Apple ProRes 422 1080p 30fps. For the 7D footage, I shot at 1080p 30fps because I needed it to easily cut into the same timeline as the Sony footage. My good friend, Matt Siciliano kindly donated his voice for the narration.
